Rite-Hite's customer loyalty program allows facilities to trade in legacy Rite-Hite vehicle restraints for a Shadow Hook® Restraint paired with a Dok-Lok® Style Light Communication System or intermodal container chassis and trailers with obstructed RIGs, helping to further prevent trailer separation accidents while accommodating the rise in global logistics. 

Facilities with a competitive restraint or pre-2001 Rite-Hite restraint can trade in their equipment for any Rite-Hite restraint, Dok-Lok controls and industry leading warranty. 

• Full-Time Light Communication at the Dock – Full-time restraint status inside and outside comes standard with any Rite-Hite vehicle restraint. Light communication enhances safety by clearly informing dock personnel when they can safely enter or exit a trailer and truck drivers when it's safe to depart. 
• 24/7 Safety Inside and Out – Rite-Vu™ Hazard Recognition and Control incorporates audible and visual alarms to help protect people inside and outside, on and off fork trucks. Solutions are offered as standalone or incorporated into Dok-Lok controls, providing: line-of-sight light communication, active loading verification, pedestrian drive approach safety and a visual lock system.
