The BugShield Roll Up Industrial Screen door is a mesh, screen door designed to block the infiltration of pests into a facility. It is available in a convenient sliding model for wider door-ways. Both BugShield doors have these unique benefits:

CURTAIN MATERIAL: Heavy-duty vinyl coated mesh, 17 x 11 weave, .025" thread diameter. Available in safety yellow, red, blue and gray. Optional 30 x 20 weave, .013" thread diameter available in black or gray. Optional 12 x 8 weave, .028" thread diameter available in black.

SEALING: Turn-Tite® centrifugal top seal. Elvaloy™ loop seals bottom edge at the floor.

TRACK: Standard in-jamb track is made of extruded PVC for strength and durability. Optional steel track available. Polyethylene track inserts provide added wind resistance and smooth door operation.

DRIVE SYSTEM: Manual models utilize a 10,000 cycle torsional spring in the roll tube and include pull-down handles and a bumper strop to prevent curtain overtravel. Powered models operated by a tubular motor with gear head, free-fall brake protection, and rotary limit switches. The motor is contained within the roll tube and drives the tube with an integral key. ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS: (for powered models) 120 Volt, 1 ph, 60 Hz standard/220 Volt, 1 ph, 50 Hz available.

CONTROL BOX: Control box is NEMA 4X enclosure with constant contact rotary cam switch.

SEALS: Turn-Tite® top seal, polyethylene track inserts, and water resistant Hypalon® bottom seal.

TEMPERATURE RANGE: -40° F to 120° F (-40° C to 48° C)

SAFETY FEATURES: Door is a visual barrier and has a foam-filled bottom. Powered models have a constant contact switch for total control of operation. Door does not operate with any external activation.
